Ingredients
Wheat sprouted – 1 cup
Green gram sprouted – ¼ cup
Fenugreek seed – 2 table spoon
Pea nut – ¼ cup
Beans – ¼ cup
Cabbage – ¼ cup
Ivy gourd ( kovakka) – ¼ cup
Snake gourd ( padavalanga ) – ¼ cup
Method of preparation
Sprout the wheat minimally. Take the sprouted wheat, sprouted green gram, fenugreek , pea nuts and the fried and chopped vegetables Beans, cabbage, Ivy gourd, snake gourd and cook. Should be cooked till the water get drained. Wheat rice is ready. You can serve the dish with Mint Leaves chutney.
