Ingredients
1. Broken rice – two cup
2. Green chilly – 4
3. Salt
4. Curry leaves
5. Ginger – one piece
6. Red chilly – 3
7. Mustard – 1 teaspoon
8. Grated coconut – 1/4 cup
9. Coconut oil.
Method
Wash the rice and drain well. Nicely slice the ginger and green chilly. Heat oil in a pan. Fry some black gram and mustard seed. Add curry leaves and red chilly. Add ginger and chilly. Add rice, salt and enough water. Close the lid and let the rice cook. Make it dry and add coconut.
