Ingredients:
Pepper pappad – as required
Onion – 1 medium sized (sliced very thin)
Tomato – 1 medium sized (chopped very thin)
Coriander leaves – 1 handful
Ground nut – as required
Lemon juice – 1 lemon
Salt – To taste
Preparation:
Heat the pappad on a tawa. Mix the onion, tomato, coriander leaves & Ground nut. Then add sufficient salt and lemon juice into the mix. Spread the mix above the heated papad and serve. It should be served immediately.
