Ingredients
Gothambu (wheat)- 250 gram
Ghee – 1 table spoon
Shallots – 10
Garlic chopped into pieces – 5
Ginger chopped into pieces – 1
Fenugreek seed – 1 table spoon
Cumin seed – 1 table spoon
Curry leaves – 1 strand
Salt and water – as required
Method. Of preparation
Clean the wheat thoroughly. Cook the wheat in a pressure cooker by adding required water. Take a pan and heat ghee. Add shallots garlic and sauté. Then add ginger, fenugreek seed, cumin seed,curry leaves into It and again saute. Then again put this im pressure cooker and again heat it. You can serve the gothambu kanji hot
