Crispy Vegetable Noodles

Ingredients

Noodles – 1 packet ( boil it)
Cabbage – ½ cup ( chopped)
Carrot – ½ cup ( chopped)
Beans – ½ cup ( chopped)
Capsicum – ¼ cup (chopped)
Spring Onion ( ullithandu) – ¼ cup (chopped)
Garlic – 1 tea spoon ( crushed)
Pepper powder – ¾ tea spoon
Soy sauce – 1 desert spoon
Oil – 3 table spoon
Coriander leaves – ¼ cup ( chopped small)
Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, cabbage, carrot, capsicum, spring onion and sauté. Then add soy sauce, pepper powder, coriander leaves and salt and mix thoroughly. Then add the boiled noodles and mix. can serve hot
