Corn Paneer Rice

Ingredients

Basmati Rice – 1 cup
Corn grains – 1 cup
Water – 1 ½ cup
Paneer – ½ cup
Cumin seed – ½ tea spoon
Cloves – 3
Cinnamon – one inch length
Dried chilly – 2
Hing – 1 pinch
Oil – 2 table spoon
Salt – as required
Pepper powder – 1 table spoon
Method of preparation
Clean the rice and soak it in water for twenty minutes. Take a pressure cooker and heat oil. Add cumin seed, cloves, cinnamon, dried chilly, hing, and corn into and saute for two minutes. Then add the soaked rice ( 1 ½ cup) water and salt into it. cook it till you get one whistle in the cooker. Then take out from the stove and add the paneer pieces into the rice and mix well.
