Ingredients:
Rice – 500gm
Coconut – 1
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tbsp
Savala – 30gm
Ghee – 30 gm
Jaathi pathri – 2 gm
Clove – 2 gm
Cardamom – 2 gm
Pepper – 2 gm
Curry leaves – 2 gm
Preparation:
Take coconut milk. Sort well the spices and then add into this the rice, turmeric powder, coconut milk and salt and cook well. Add savala sorted onto this and serve.
