Ingredients
Cooked rice – one cup ( better to have cooked pachari rice)
Potato – 1
Onion – half
Ginger – garlic paste – ¼ tea spoon
Pav bhaji masala – ¼ tea spoon
Chilly powder – ¼ tea spoon
Turmeric powder – one pinch
Kasoori methi – little
Coriander leaves – little
Oil – 2 tea spoon
Ghee – ¼ tea spoon
Salt – as required
Method of preparation
Boil the potato , peel off the skin and cut it and keep it aside. Take a pan. Pour little oil and heat. Add chopped onion into it and saute. Add ginger garlic paste into it. then ad salt and other masala into it. when the masala gets sticked into the potato add the cooked rice into it. again stir it for two more minutes. Finally add kasoori methi and coriander leaves and mix. Before you remove from the stove add ghee.
