
Vendakka (Lady’s finger) – 200 gram
Mustard – ½ tea spoon
Shallots – 1 cup
Green chilly – 5
Coconut oil – 1 table spoon
Grated coconut – ½ cup
Curry leaves – little
Salt – as required
Method of preparation
Chop the vendakka (lady’s finger ) into small pieces and add the chopped green chillies and shallots into it. then add grated coconut and salt and mix well and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seed . on getting bursted add the mix you have prepared and close it with the lid and cook it with steam. On getting cooked remove the lid and saute well. Thoran is ready to serve.
