Ingredients:

Basmati Rice – 1 Cup
Beans – 10
Green peas – 1/2 cup
Carrot – 1
Potato – 1
Tomato – 1
Onion Big – 1
Ghee – 4 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1 pinch
Cloves – 4 nos
Cinnamon – 1 pc
Pepper – 10
Salt – To Taste

Preparation:

Wash the vegetables and chop it. Soak Rice for half an hour. Once it gets soaked wash it and keep separate. Heat the pressure cooker and pour ghee into it. Put the chopped onion and roast for some time. Then add Pepper, Cinnamon, cloves into it and roast for some time. Once it get roasted add the chopped vegetables and green peas and the turmeric powder into it and roast for some time. Add 2 cups of water and boil. Once it get boiled add the soaked rice and salt and close the lid of the cooker and allow to cook for 20 minutes. Pulav is ready to serve after getting cool.
