Ingredients

1. Rice – 3 cup
2. Grated coconut – 1 ½ cup
3. Yeast – ½ tea spoon
4. Cumin seed – 2 tea spoon
5. Cardamom – 6 nos
6. Raisin – 50 gram
7. Cashew nut – 50 gram
8. Cow Milk – ½ cup
9. Sugar – 2 cup
Method of preparation

1. Soak the rice for 8 hours and powder it.
2. Powder cumin seed and cardamom
3. Mix Yeast 3 teas spoon and sugar in ½ glass water and keep it for 15 minutes.
4. Dissolve 3 tea spoon rice flour in 1 cup of water and keep it flames and stir continuously and allow slightly to drain out the water and make the fluid thicken
5. Mix the Rice flour, cumin seed, cardamom , yeast, grated coconut , thickened rice syrup, and knead it to become a dough and keep it for 8 hours.
6. After 8 hours add mix and 2 cup of sugar and mix well and keep it aside for 10 minutes
7. Pour the batter into a suitable vessel and decorate with raisins, cashew nut and steam it.
