
Ingredients
For Red Portion
Wheat Flour – 1 cu[
Grated beetroot – ¼ cup
Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
Oil – as required
For White Portion
Wheat Flour – 1 cup
Curd – 1 table spoon
Grated and dried coconut – 1 table spoon
Oil – 1 ½ spoon + required to fry
Salt – as required
Method of preparation
To prepare Red portion : – Mix all the ingredients. Add required water and knead it to become dough. Then make it to small balls and keep it aside.
To Prepare White Portion : Take all the ingredients except oil to fry and add water and knead it become dough. Then make it to small balls and keep it aside
Then one ball from each colour ( one from red and one from white) and press it to make one ball. Then dust it with wheat flour and roll it in round shape. Prepare all the puris like this and fry it in the oil. Fry both the sides till it get cooked properly. You can serve this puri with muttor Kuruma.
