Butter – 2 tea spoon
Onion – 1 (chopped)
Chicken stock – 2 ½ cup
Cardamom – 2
Cumin seed – 2 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
Basmati rice – 2 cup

Method of preparation

Melt the butter in a big vessel. Then add the chopped onions and saute. When the onion becomes brown colour, add the cardamom and mix it for one to two minutes. Add 2 ½ cup of water. Then add cumin seed, turmeric powder, basmati rice into it and also add the chicken stock.then close the lid and cook it for twenty minutes and remove from the flames.
