Ingredients:
Ponni Rice – 1 cup
Savala, Green chilly – 2
Groundnut fried – 1 cup
Coconut – 3/4
Spinach – 3 1/2 cup
Jeera – 1/2 tbsp
Kadala parippu , Uzhunuparippu – 1 tbsp each
Corriander powder – 1 1/2 tbsp
Fenugreek – 1/4 tbsp
Dried chilly – 4
Asafoetida, Salt, Oil – as needed
Mustard – 1 tbsp
Tomato – 2
Lemon – 1/2
Ghee – 1 tbsp

Preparation:
Cook the rice well.Fry the nuts, corriander, dried chilly, and fenugreek well. Fry this in oil alongwith mustard and jeera. Sort well the savala, green chilly and add some salt to it. Add tomato and spinach to it. Add asafoetida, groundnut, dal powder, grated coconut and ghee and mix well all the ingredients together. Serve.
