Butter – 100 gram
Soda Powder – 1 pinch
Sugar – 10 gram
Milk – 150 ml
Salt – as required
Ghee – to prepare paratha
Oil – 60 ml

Method of preparation

Take a flat vessel and put maida and soda powder into it. Add milk, sugar, salt, oil and mix it then knead well to make a dough. Then make a hole in the middle of the maida dough and pour milk. Then again knead this to become a soft dough. Keep it aside for 30 minutes. Before making paratha knead the dough once again with hands. Prepare 6 balls out of the dough. Press the oil into the balls and pull to the sides and roll them like chappatis. Make it 15 inch round. Spread melted butter above it and make pleats and roll it holding on one end to form a round. this is done to get the layers. Then roll out to make it like a chappati of 6 inch round. Heat a pan. Put this prepared chappati on the heat pan and cook it by adding ghee. Both sides should be cooked. Make sure that you turn this only once. Cook it till it gets fried.
Once prepared use both hands and pat on the sides of the paratta to get layers and serve.
