Rice – 500gm
Mutton – 250gm
Egg – 1
Cashewnut – 25gm
White pepper – little
Salt – as needed
Curd – 100gm
Savala – 30gm
Garam masala – 3gm

Fry and make balls of cooked mutton, beated egg and grinded cashewnuts. Saute well the onions until they are brown by adding garam masala. When sauted well, add the rice, salt, curd and water and cook well. Add the balls to the rice and cook well. Add the savala and serve.
