Ingredients

1. Rice nooddles – Two
2. Onion, Carrot, Cabbage, Beans and Onion Stem, nicely chopped – 200 gm
3. Sprouted green gram – Quarter cup
4. Fried gram powdered – quarter cup
5. Salt and Sugar – one pinch
6. Fish sauce – 10 ml
7. Soya sauce – 10 ml
8. Thai Herbs – As required
9. Sun flower oil – 200 gm
10. Eggs – Two

Method

Cook the noodles and keep aside. Fry the ingredients from 2 to 8 in oil. Add nooddles into this. Cooked chicken or fish also can be added. Make omlet with the eggs and wrap the cooked noodles with the omlet and serve.
