1.Cooked biriyani rice – 5 cup
2.Butter – 2 table spoon
3.Ghee – 2 table spoon
4.Cumin seed – ½ tea spoon
5.Onion (cut into square pieces) – 1 big
6.Thondan mulaku ( cut into square) – 2 nos
7.Ginger crushed – 1 big piece
8.Garlic crushed – 4 big cloves
9.Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
10.Pepper crushed – 2 tea spoon
11.Garam masala powder – ¾ tea spoon
12.Green Peas ( cooked) – 1 cup
13.Panner ( cut into small square pieces) – 200 gram
14.Pine apple ( cut into small square pieces) – ½ cup
15.Coriander leaves – ¼ cup
16.Lemon juice – 1 table spoon
17.Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Take a bottom thick vessel. Melt the ghee and butter . add cumin seed and fry. When it get splutter and the crushed ginger, garlic, pepper and fry till you get the smell of the ingredients. Add onion , thondan mulaku and fry. When the colour of the onion gets changed add chilly powder , garam masala , cooked green peas and panner pieces and fry. Add the cooked biriyani rice and required salt into it and mix well. Make sure that the rice is not getting crushed. Finally add pineapple pieces and chopped coriander leaves and mix. then remove it from the stove. Can serve hot
