
Ingredients
Paneer grated – 1 cup
Coriander leaves, kasoori methi – as required
Onion – 1 cut small
Turmeric powder , chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala – ½ spoon each
Salt – as required
Mix all the above ingredients and keep it aside
Knead the atta without adding salt. Then make it into balls and keep the vegetable mix inside the balls and spread round like chappathi. Take a tawa. Grease it with oil and cook the parotta in it. flip both side and cook
