1. cook the basmati rice by adding water . after cooking keep the rice to get cooled.
2. Paneer – ¾ cup cut into square pieces.
3. Salt – one pinch
Soy sauce – ½ tea spoon
Pepper powder – ½ tea spoon
4. Oil – 1.5 + 1 table spoon
5. Garlic – 2 chopped small
Onion – ¼ cup chopped small
6. Capsicum – ½ cup chopped
7. Soy sauce – 1.5 tea spoon
Green chilly sauce – 2 tea spoon
Vinegar – ¾ tea spoon
8. Pepper powder – ¼ tea spoon
9. Celery – 2 table spoon
10.Spring onion – 3 table spoon cut round and thin.
11. Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Marinate the paneer pieces with the third mentioned ingredient and keep it aside for ten minutes. After that take a big non stick pan and heat 1.5 table spoon of oil in it and fry the paneer pieces till it become golden colour. then keep it aside.
On the same pan add one table spoon of oil and heat. Add garlic, onion into it and saute. When the onions colour get changed add the capsicum and saute for one more minute. Then add soy sauce, green chilly sauce, and vinegar and mix. Also add required salt. Later add the cooked rice, fried paneer pieces, chopped celery spring onion and saute for 3-4 minutes. Then switch off the flame and serve hot.
