Basmati Rice or Pachari – 1 ½ cup
Paneer – 10 pieces
Capsicum – 2
Onion – 1 ½
Cumin seed – ½ tea spoon
Garlic – 5 cloves big
Ginger – 1 piece
Cloves – 5
Cinnamon – 1 piece
Cardamom – 3
Turmeric powder – 1 pinch
Coriander leaves

Method of Preparation

First cut the paneer, and make ten pieces. then fry this in oil. Sunflower oil is good to fry paneer. Clean the rice and cook It by adding salt and keep it aside. Chop the onion and capsicum into long and thin pieces. make the ginger and garlic into paste, powder the cinnamon, cardamom and cloves. Heat ghee in a vessel and saute the onion. The onion should be saute till it becomes brown colour and shift this into another vessel. Then saute the capsicum by adding ghee. When it get fried add the fried onion into it. If required you can add some more ghee. Then add ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, turmeric powder, masala powder and mix. Add little salt. Then add the cooked rice and mix well. after mixing remove from the stove and add the chopped coriander leaves into it. Can serve hot
