Ingredients

Rice ( pachari ) – 1 cup
Grated coconut – 1
Salt – 1 spoon

Method of preparation

Crush the coconut and take out the milk from it by squeezing it. Take out the Thick milk (onnam pal) medium thick milk ( randam pal) and thin milk ( moonam pal) respectively and keep it aside. Take water in a vessel and put the cleaned rice into it and make it to boil. when it start boiling add the thin milk ( moonam pal) into it and cook. Then add the medium thick milk ( randam pal) and again cook it. When it cooked as required add the thick milk ( onnam pal ), required salt and mix it. Then remove it from the stove and can serve.
