
Ingredients
Oats – 2 cup
Lemon juice – 2 table spoon
Peanut – 1 table spoon
Bengal gram – 1 table spoon
Green chilli – 2
Red chilli – 1
Mustard seed – ½ tea spoon
Asafoetida – ½ tea spoon
Turmeric powder – one pinch
Curry leaves
Salt
Oil
Method of Preparation
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and allow to splutter. Then add the Bengal gram and fry. When it get fried add the red chilli and later green chilli, curry leaves and fry. Then add the asafoetida, turmeric powder and salt and mix well. Then add required water and allow it to boil. When the water gets boiled add the oats into it and cook it by stirring continuously. While the oats gets cooked add the lemon juice and mix. On getting cooked you can remove it from the stove and can add peanuts. You can serve hot
