Ingredients

Noodles ( cooked) – 2 cup
Green peas sprouted. – 1 cup
Capsicum ( cut long) – ¼ cup
Spring onion – 3 ( cut long)
Oil – 2 table spoon
Salt – as required
For gravy
Curd, water – one cup each
Coriander leaves – ¼ cup
Corn flour – 2 table spoon
Garlic paste – 1 table spoon
Ginger- green chilly ( paste) – 1 tea spoon
Dried ginger powder – ¼ tea spoon
Soy sauce – ¼ tea spoon
Jathikka powder – 1 pinch
Ajnomotto – 1 pinch

Method of preparation

Heat oil , add sprout green gram, capsicum, spring onion and saute. Then add ajnomotto, and the ingredients of gravy and keep it in the stove till the gravy get thickened. Then add the cooked noodles and salt and mix.
