Ingredient

Cooked Basmati Rice – 2 cup
Salt – as required
Oil – 2 table spoon
Mushroom ( cut round) – 200 gram
Onion – 2 no
Garlic paste – 1 tea spoon
Pepper powder -1/2 tea spoon

Method of preparation

Heat oil and fry the cut onions, Add mushroom pieces which is cut in round and fry. When it get shrinks while cooking it will get black colour. Add salt , pepper powder, garlic paste, and tomato pieces and mix well. then remove from the flames and transfer the content into another vessel. In the same vessel add the cooked rice into it and mix slowly. Mushroom rice is ready to serve
