Ingredients

Rice – Half kg
Onion – Two
Tomato – One
Green Chilly – One
Mustard – One teaspoon
Mushroom – 200 gm
Green peas – Half cup
Maze – One cup
Salt, oil – as required

Method

Cook the rice in enough water. Cook maze and green peas separately. Heat oil in a pan. Break mustard and add green chilly, onion, tomato one by one and add salt. Cook these for some time. Add mushroom and cook. When the mushroom is cooked add maze and green peas. Let the water get dried. Add the rice and again cook for two minutes. Serve hot.
