Method of preparation

Take 150 gram of rice without removing the bran and cook it. Don’t add too much of water. The water should drain out from the rice completely . Take 50 gram of cleaned drumstick leaves and put it in a vessel. Pour two tea spoon of butter or ghee above it. Then spread the cooked rice above it and close it properly so that steam will not go out and keep it aside for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes you can add required salt and can serve together with chutney
