
Ingredients
1. Coconut oil – 1 big spoon
2. Mustard seeds – ½ small spoon
3. Fenugreek seeds – ¼ small spoon
4. Dried chilly ( slit ) – 2
5. Curry leaves – 2 strip
6. Tomato – 1 finely chopped
7. Green chilly – 4 (cut into 4 pieces)
8. Muringa ila ( drum strick leaves ) – 1 cup
9. Water – ½ cup
10. Curd – beaten – 1 cup
11. salt – as required
Method of preparation
Take a pan. Pour little coconut oil and heat. Then add mustard seeds, Fenugreek seeds, dried chilly, curry leaves and curry leaves and roast. Then add tomato , chopped green chillies and required salt and mix. After that add muringaila ( drum stick leaves ) into it and saute. Then add ½ cup of water. When the water gets boiled keep the stove in simmer and add the beaten curd and mix. Then switch off the stove. muringaila pulissery is ready.
