Ingredients

Coconut oil – 4 tea spoon
Potato – 250 gram ( chopped into large piece)
Turmeric powder – 1 tea spoon
Carrot – 250 gram ( chopped into large piece)
Brinjal – 250 gram chopped into large piece
Green chilly – 5
Onion – 1 ( chopped into large piece)
Tomato – 1 chopped into large piece
Mustard seed – one small spoon
Pepper – 2 tea spoon
Corn flour – 2 tea spoon

Method of preparation

Boil the potato, brinjal, onion, carrot, tomato by adding turmeric powder. Take a vessel add coconut oil and heat. Later add mustard seed and allow to splutter. Then add curry leaves, vegetables into it. add pepper powder and salt. then mix the cornflour in two tea spoon of water and pour into the curry. Then add green chillies. Mixed vegetable is ready.
