1. Rice ( Rose ) – 4 cup
2. Water – 6 cup
3. Salt- as required
4. Celery – 1 tea spoon
5. Spring onion – 1 table spoon
6. Ginger- garlic pate – ½ tea spoon
7. Sun flower oil – 1 cup
8. Chemmeen ( prawns) – 1 Kilo gram
9. Egg – 5 nos
10. Chicken – ½ kilo gram
11. Spring onion – 10 stem
12. Celery big – 1
13. Carrot – 100 gram
14. Beans – 100 gram
15. Green chilly – 4
16. Capsicum – 4
17. Ginger – garlic paste – 1 table spoon

Method of preparation

Cut the Carrot , beans, capsicum, celery, spring onion into small pieces.
Cook the chicken and cut it into small pieces after removing the bones.
Clean the prawns and remove the skin. Beat the egg after adding salt.
Clean the rice . drain out the water and keep it aside for ten minutes. Heat the cooker. Pour oil and add the ingredients from four to six and sauté. Then add the cleaned rice. Add the required salt and mix well. Then close the lid and cook. After getting steamed put the weight of the cooker and cook it for five minutes in low flame. Then put off the flame and open the cooker after ten minutes.

To prepare Masala : heat a pan, add one table spoon of oil. Add prawns into it and cook it by adding required salt. When the water gets drained out remove it from the stove and keep it aside. Then sauté the boneless chopped chicken pieces in the oil and keep it aside. Then add all the other ingredients ( chemmeen, vegetables, egg, chicken) and mix. Transfer the rice into a big vessel and add this prepared masala mix into it. tasty masala fried rice is ready to serve.
