Pumpkin ( mathan) youngest leaves and tender shoots chopped into small pieces – 350 gram
Basmati rice – 1 kilo
Carrot – 1
Kanthari Mulaku – slit into two – 10 nos
Shallots – chopped 15 nos
Coconut oil – 2 tea spoon
Ghee – 50 gram

Method of preparation

Cook the basmati rice. Cut the beans, carrot, shallots into very small pieces. Fry this in the coconut oil. Add the cooked rice into it and mix. on getting cooked add the chopped pumpkin leaves . after some time remove from the flame . while taking out from the stove add 3 spoon of ghee. Then spread the cardamom, cloves above it and serve.
