Ingredients

Raw Papaya – 1 piece
Mathanga ( Pumpkin) – 1 piece
Brinjal – 1
G Mathanga (Pumpkin) Olan
Green chillies – 3
Salt – As required

Method of cooking

Peel off the skin of Pumpkin and Papaya and slice it like you do for Olan. Rinse it in water thoroughly. Take the green chillies and slice it. Then cut the Brinjal in round pieces. Put every thing together , add required salt and water and cook the same. Water should be limited , should not put excess water. Once it get cooked add coconut oil or add little coconut milk. Tasty and Delicious Olan curry is ready.
