
Ingredients:
Maida – 2 cup
Yeast – 1 1/2 tbsp
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Water – 1 1/2 cup
Salt
Preparation:
Add yeast and sugar to half cup of water and keep for half an hour. Add this to maida and mix well. Add water to this this and mix well again. Add salt to. If sticky, add a spoon of oil and mix again. Keep for 2 – 3 hours. This will increase in size. Make a sheet of this of about 1/4 inch and bake in oven or this can be even made in gas flame. Serve with butter chicken.
