Prepare a super snacks to with Kerala style parotta with egg and spices.


1. Parotta – 4 ( cut into small pieces)
2. Onion – 1 chopped small
3. Tomato – 1 (chopped small)
4. Green chilly – 2
5. Ginger , garlic, – paste – 1 spoon
6. Chilly powder – ½ tea spoon
7. Pepper powder – ¼ tea spoon
8. Egg – 2
9. Curry leaves – as required
10. Coconut oil – as required

Method of preparation

Take a flat vessel and heat coconut oil. Add onion, green chilly, ginger garlic paste into it and mix. Saute it till the onion becomes golden colour. later add tomato and mix. Following that add chilly powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt and again stir it . when this gets mixed well, add the beaten egg and make scrambles. When the egg gets cooked , add the parotta pieces into it and mix. Also add curry leaves . can serve hot. If you don’t prefer egg, then you can make it differently with out egg . while preparing you can add the parotta pieces without adding egg. If you want a different taste, then you can add bread pieces instead of parotta . this will have entirely different taste.
