Ingredients

Maida – 1 cup
Wheat flour – ½ cup
Baking soda – ½ tea spoon
Milk – ½ glass
Egg – 1
Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Take Maida, Baking soda and wheat flour and mix well. In another vessel take thebeaten egg, add milk sugar, salt, oil into it and mix well. Then add the mixture into the maida and mix. Then add water and make it dough. The dough should not get sticky. Take a wet cloth and wrap the dough and keep it aside for four hours.
Then make the dough into ten small balls and keep it aside. spread the oil in a slab and spread the balls as thin as possible. Then again add into it and make a frill out of it. again make it into ball . then again spread the balls into round. Heat a pan add little oil and cook both sides of the parotta. Flip both sides and get it roasted. When it gets cooled, take the parotta and make it layers by using hand. Can serve it with chicken curry and Beef Fry.
