Basmati Rice – 2 cup
Cardamom – 4 no
Carrot – 1
Cloves – 1
Beans – 15
Cinnamon – 4 small piece
Green Peas – 3 table spoon
Cauliflower – 15 small pieces
Cashew nut – 25
Onion – 1
Raisons – 2 table spoon
Capsicum – small – 1 no
Pista – 2 tea spoon
Salt – to taste
Oil – as required

Method of preparation

Cut the Carrot, Beans, and onion into long pieces. Also Cut the Cauliflower into small pieces. Cut the capsicum into small equal square pieces. Clean the rice and soak the rice for 30 minutes.
Take a vessel add 4 table spoon of oil add cardamom powder, cinnamon powder, cloves, cauliflower, green peas and mix well. cook the same in 100% power for six minute in Microwave.

Drain out the water from the soaked rice. After that add the cut vegetables. Also add the required salt and add four cup of water , cover the vessel and cook it in 100% power for 20 minutes in Microwave. Switch off the micro wave and after 5 minutes open the lid and decorate it with fried cashew nut , raisins

Take a vessel pour ¼ table spoon oil add the capsicum and mix. Cook it in microwave In 100% power for 3 minutes. Also you can decorate the pulav with this mix and can serve.
