Cooked rice ( pachari choru) – 2 cup
Roasted kappalandi ( peanut) – 1 cup
Sesame seed – 1 tea spoon
Dried chilly – 9 no
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Oil – 2 table spoon
Salt – as required

To Fry
Mustard seed – ½ tea spoon
Black gram (Urud dal) – ½ tea spoon
Bengal gram – ½ tea spoon
Curry leaves – 2 strip

Method of preparation

Powder the pea nut in a mixer. Heat oil in a pan . add the dried chilly, sesame seed and fry. Powder the fried chilly and sesame seed and keep it aside. Then take another pan and heat oil. Add all the above ingredients mentioned for frying and fry . add turmeric powder, other powders , cooked rice and required salt and mix well.
