Ingredients

Basmati Rice – 1 ½ cup
Vegetable oil – 3 table spoon
Cumin seed – ½ tea spoon
Cinnamon – 2 inch long
Cloves – 4
Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Clean the rice thoroughly. Soak it in cold water for 15 – 20 minutes. Heat oil in a sauce pan add cumin seed, cinnamon , cloves into it. fry it for five minutes. Drain water from the rice and add into it, add salt and stir well. Bring to boil in low flame for 1012 minutes by closing the lid. When the water gets completely drained out take out from the stove. can serve this with Paper Rost Chicken.
