Idly – 8
Sun Flower oil – two table spoon
Lemon juice – half teaspoon
Salt – enough
Sugar – One pinch
Green Chilly – 3 (cut into small pieces)
Onion – 2(finely sliced)
Turmeric powder – half teaspoon
Grated coconut – one cup
Coriander leaves – enough
Curry leaves – enough


Break idly with hands into small pieces. Mix salt, sugar and lemon juice. Heat oil in a pan and break mustard seeds in it and fry chilly, onion, curry leaves and turmeric powder. Add into this the idly and fry for five minutes. Mix coriander leaves and coconut and serve.
