Noodles – 1 packet ( cooked)
Cauli flower – 1 ½ cup (boil the cauli flower in salted water. It’s important not to overcook them though, make sure the pieces are cooked yet firm and hold their shape. Drain in a out the water and set aside )
Salt – as required
Corn flour – 1 table spoon (dissolve it in ¼ cup of water)
Maida – 2 table spoon
Egg white – 1 egg
Vinegar – ½ table spoon
Garlic – ½ table spoon
Pepper powder – ½ table spoon ( crushed)
Colour powder (red) – ¼ tea spoon
Oil – as required
Onion – ¼ cup ( cut small)
Green chilly – 4 cut into long pieces
Tomato sauce – 1 table spoon
Soya sauce – 1 table spoon
Coriander leaves – ¼ cup
Salt – as required

Method of preparation

Take corn flour, maida, egg, vinegar, garic, pepper powder, colour, salt in a vessel and mix together to form batter required water. The batter consistency again is important. Make sure it is loose enough to coat your cauliflower florets.Dip the Cauli flower into the batter and fry it in hot oil untill it becomes golden brown colour. Keep the fried cauli flower pieces separate. Fry onion, green chilly till the onions become soft and turns pink and keep it aside. Next turn is to add the sauces Tomato sauce, soya sauce. Sauté briskly untill they are mixed well. Add the fried cauli flower pieces and coriander leaves. Then pour the dissolved corn flour syrup . when it starts getting getting boiled add the noodles and cook. Can serve hot.
