Rice – 500 gram
Ginger – 30 gram
Onion – 15 gram
Oil – 30 milli
Salt – 10 gram
Pepper – 5 gram
Ajnomotto – one pinch
Sugar – one pinch
Soy Sauce – 3- 4 drops

Method of preparation
Cook the rice and keep it aside. Cut the ginger, onions, Ajnomotto and shallots. Heat the oil and fry the cut ginger, onions and shallots. Add rice , sugar, pepper, ajnomotto , sugar and soy sauce in to this mixture and stir well. Decorate it with the chopped onions and can serve
