
Ingredients
Basmathi Rice ( cooked) – 1 ½ cup
Mushroom, carrot, beans , three colour capsicum, – cut into small pieces – ¼ cup each
Coconut milk – ½ cup
Corn flour – 1 tea spoon
Ginger paste – ½ cup
Green chilly paste – ½ cup
Garlic paste – 1 cup
Pepper powder – ½ table spoon
Lemon juice – of ½ portion
Vinegar – ¼ cup
Salt – as required
Oil – 2 table spoon
Tulsi leaves – 12 – 14 nos
Method of preparation
Heat oil in a frying pan. Add tulsi leaves, garlic paste and fry it for one minute. Add the vegetables and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. Then mix the coconut milk and corn flour and add it on the vegetables. Then add all other ingredients and cook it. When the water get drained remove from the stove. Serve hot.
