1. Cooked raw rice -3 cups
2. Cooked Thoor Dal -1 teaspoon
3. Oil-1 teaspoon
4. Mustard Seeds-1 teaspoon
5.Shallots( small onions)- 1 tea spoons chopped
6. Sambar Powder- 2 teaspoon
7.Coriander leaves-2 teaspoon
8.Lime Juice-2 teaspoon
9. Salt-to taste
10.Ghee-1 tea spoon
Method: In a pan ,add oil .On heating add mustard seeds, onion stir till turns red.Add sambar powder ,add the dal ,mix and set aside.Add chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice and salt. To this add rice ,mix lightly not making the mixture coarse. Serve hot with Pickle and pappad.
