
Ingredients:
Rice – 2 cup
Coconut – 3/4 cup
Mustard – 1 tbsp
Black Gram – 1 tbsp
Red Chilly – 2
Green Chilly – 3
Asafoetida – a pinch
Ginger – a piece
Cashewnut
Curry leaves
Salt
Preparation:
Add oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds. Add black gram, red chilly, cashewnut. When this gets sauted well, add green chilly, ginger, asafoetida, curry leaves. Add coconut to this and then add required salt. Mix well. Add the cooked rice to this and mix well.
