Ingredients

Cooked Rice – 2 cup
Onion – 2
Capsicum – 1
Carrot – 2
Green chilly
Soy Sauce,
Tomato Sauce
Chilly Sauce
Pepper powder,
Salt
Oil
Coriander leaves

Method of preparation

Cut the Vegetables into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan. Add the vegetables and fry it for 2 to 3 minutes. Add salt, pepper powder , soy sauce, tomato sauce, chilly sauce. Mix this properly and add the cooked rice I to it. Mix every thing properly and After that mix it well and cook it for two minutes. Fried rice is ready.
