Salt – 1 tea spoon
Vegetable oil – 1 table spoon
Wheat Flour – for dusting
Green chillies – cut into very small pieces – 3 nos ( 2 table spoon)
Coriander leaves – little

Method of preparation

Add the wheat flour and salt and mix well. After that add little oil. Then add 120 mili of water little by little to make a dough. Knead the dough till it becomes soft and keep it in a clean vessel and cover it with a lid. Then make the dough into 10 equal parts and make the dough into small balls
Spread some wheat flour in the roller . Now divide the finely chopped coriander and geen chillies also into 10 equal parts. Then place the portion of chopped coriander and green chilly in the dough and by using extra flour for dusting roll each one into circular rotis. In order to cook the rotis you require 30 seconds. Cook the rotis until both the sides appear brown. If you are using the metal tongs above the gas you can see the rotis get puffed up. You can apply some ghee or butter over it and can use.
