1. Wheat Flour- 2 cups
2. Green chilly-3 finely chopped
3. Coriander leaves- 1/2 cup finely chopped
4. Salt to taster
5. Oil – 1 table spoon


Mix the flour with salt water and oil, knead to make the dough. Make small balls flatten and put finely chopped green chilly and coriander leaves mix in the middle. Ball again and flatten and roll to make chappathy. Fry on a pan. Serve hot by spreading butter or ghee.
