Ingredients

Rice – 300 gram
Cheupayar ( green gram) – 50 gram
Grated coconut – half portion
Salt – as required
Cumin seed – 1 tea spoon
Onion – 5

Method of preparation
Clean the rice and cherupayar ( green gram) and pressure cook it together by adding required water. After one whistle cook it in low flame. After five minutes switch off the stove and keep the pressure cooker for cooling. Grind the grated coconut and chopped shallots in a mixer. After getting cooled open the pressure cooker and add the coconut paste and serve.
