
Ingredients
1. Cheese pieces (Paneer) – 3/4/cup
2. Tomato ground – 1 cup
3. Biriyani Rice(washed and drained) – 1 cup
4. Chilly Powder, Black Pepper powder – as required
5. Coconut oil – 4 table spoon
6. Onion – one (thinly sliced)
7. Garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
8. Chilly Powder – half teaspoon
9. Salt- as required
10. Hot water – 2 cup
11. Lime juice – 1 table spoon
12. Coriander leaves – 2 table spoon
13. Cumin seeds – half teaspoon
Method
Mix cheese pieces and 4th ingredients and cook it in a small pan. In
a vessel with thick bottom, pour oil and fry the cumin seeds and then
add the onion and fry till brown. Add the garlic paste. After frying
add the cheese pieces and fry. Add tomato paste, chilly powder and
salt and let it boil. Mix the rice and add two and half cup water and
cook in slow flame. When the water is fully absorbed and the rice is
cooked add lime juice and coriander leaves and mix.
