Red Cheera / Red Spinach – 1 cup, finely chopped
Green chillies – 2 chopped into round shape
Thick Curd – 1 cup
Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Salt – as required
Shallots – 5 chopped in round shape
Oil – 1 tea spoon
Mustard seed – 1 tea spoon
Dried chilly – 2

Method of preparation

Take a cheena chatty Or idli container, add the finely chopped red spinach (cheera), chilly powder , turmeric powder and salt into it . close the lid and steam it still it become slightly cooked. Remove it from the stove. Take another pan . Add oil and heat. Add mustard seed, chopped shallots and green chillies and saute. Then add the steamed red spinach (cheera) and saute. Then switch off the stove and immediately add the beaten curd into it and mix well. Then add required salt. Red Spinach / Cheera Pachadi is ready.
